Problem when creating a new account on zap2it

I went to o http://labs.zap2it.com try to create a new account. which worked well but i never saw
the spot to enter the certificate code,( ZYZM-TE5O-SBUT)

so i assume it did not create the new account correctly, i guest i need to t a create a Zap2it Data Direct account but i created the wrong thing

any more specific direction where to enter this confirmation code?
